god i absolutely adore hunter schafer.. even though her performance in euphoria wasn’t always solid, i do see quite a bit of potential. plus she is an amazing self aware human being.
Look, she’s not exactly a good actress. She has more awful moments than great ones but she does have SOME great ones. They’re few but they exist. Still love her so much tho.

I know this was absolutely not the point of this but: HUNTER SCHAFER STEP ON ME CHALLENGE.
Anyway...to the point. I love Sam. I really do. I don't believe everything he does is great (send every copy of Malcolm & Marie to the incinerator please) but I think the writing on Euphoria is some of the best TV writing of the last decade. I'm one of the biggest Euphoria fans you will find but this need White Male directors and DPs have to be able to jerk it while they say the shot on film makes me gag. We get it. It gives you a boner. Now rent an Arri like the rest of the adults and go shoot.
