i think its important to understand that when transphobes say "trans men are misguided and mentally ill cis women" they are not saying "we legitimately care about trans men but are ignorant" they are saying "trans men are a socially diseased category of persons who must be thoroughly stripped of autonomy, detransitioned or else rendered dead through forced institutionalization, social isolation, and various forms of abuse."

one can discuss the difference of this rhetoric and the way the same people are more blatantly violent when discussing trans women, and i agree that such a difference is significant, but this does not mean transphobic rhetoric around trans men is not also violent.

i do wonder what it is about jimmy/flower husbands that makes scott THAT much more insane about it than like all his other duos. maybe its just because they have a lot more chances to interact than like, lets say, pearl for example. but it still feels like he brings it up WAYYYYY more than everything else

hate not knowing if something is actually a part of my identity or who i am or if its just a temporary thing or just me wanting to be something. logically i know something being temporary or yearned for doesn’t make it any less important or real but that doesn’t stop how distressing it is not knowing if i have any solid self.

the way Anne's powers get activated definitely makes me wonder abt how the other two will activate theirs. bc Anne represents heart, and so far she's been able to use her powers when someone she loves is in danger, not on her command alone. obviously this could be seen as a matter of the heart and how it's being pushed to a limit, so.. wondering what circumstances Sash and Marcy will b in when they eventually activate their own powers as far as pushing the limits of strength and wit respectively
