DAWWW??? you're gonna make me CRY anon!!! i try my best to behave on here, and i'm glad it's left a positive impression!! i'm certainly not perfect, i never will be, but the least i can do is try to be kinder than the internet i grew up with. truth be told, i didn't start an actual social media profile until i was like, 16-17 because that 2016-ish phase of super harsh art critique (+ getting exposed to a lot of uncensored stuff and spaces really early on and a bunch of my friends getting groomed) scared me off pretty bad. i lurked for years!! the last thing i'd want to do is perpetuate that same culture and make someone feel as anxious and shitty as i felt all of the time. eventually i will fail and falter along the way and make mistakes, but i really do care about art education and being able to inspire others to create. i wouldn’t be here without artists online that inspired me to keep going, and learning how to create just for the love of the game!!! ☺️💕💕💕

I’m having thoughts about repressed bisexual Bruce Wayne. Y’know, as u do.

This will be mainly focused on his relationships with guys

And im thinking

first of all I’m pretty sure he had a crush on Harvey dent when they were kids but didn’t know what the hell to do about it.

Also How fuckin stressful must it have been to have a thousand eyes on him waiting for him to grow up or fuck up somehow and see what happens, not to him but to all that Wayne fortune. Everyone thinking they know you and not having any god damn privacy. What a fucking nightmare that must’ve been.

Going to Europe to get away from all of the eyes and the judgement and just to go and find himself and actually be allowed to be himself ironically enough by not going by his own name. and confirming that yeah he is in fact bisexual. Minhkhoa and him were absolutely partners in every sense of the word until they broke up. starting a running theme of Bruce developing trust issues. But let’s be real they probably fucked even during their divorce era especially with Khoa stalking him everywhere.

Also whatever the hell Bruce and ra’s al ghul had going on. I don’t think they fucked? but Bruce definitely had some crisis during his time in Lazarus. Like “Talia. I think ur dad wants to fuck me. What do u mean he just talks like that. He called me the demons heart, Talia. what does that even mean???” The implications are staggering is all.

Anyway he goes back to Gotham and ayy Harvey now has a fiancé. ayy his ex girlfriend went off to get married. Time moves ever onwards and there’s no real reason to come out of the closet as Bruce Wayne because why on earth would he give the media anymore ammo to use against him. when he doesn’t even have a boyfriend. Why share that vulnerable side of himself with a world that has so little mercy and understanding of who he is. it’s no ones business but his own and whoever he chooses to share it with.

Finally he has some damn privacy. Something about himself that he can actually choose to share with someone rather than it being ripped from him by prying reporters and the nosy media.

And then there’s this fucking alien superhero called Superman who’s haha wouldn’t u know it a god damn reporter called Clark Kent.

And yet they hit it off really well but there’s no damn way they can be together without putting Superman at risk of being discovered what with his disguise being dependent on Clark Kent not being in the spot light. Which Bruce is constantly under. And you’re not even sure if he likes u like that. also u dated his girlfriend also he’s married. and now he’s technically your coworker. But he also gave you a kryptonite ring even after your trust issues fucked shit up for everyone and what does that even mean??? The list goes on.

Props to Clark for somehow being the most confusing homoerotic relationship in Bruce’s life. that is a talent.

Okay so I skipped over a lot of his other relationships but I feel like I hit the most prominent ones. At least in regards to who he could see himself spending his life with.

This is also one of the reasons I’m so intrigued by minhkhoa khan because he’s one of the few guys I could actually see Bruce with in a canon relationship. Even if it’s for a short time.

There’s quite literally nothing stopping it from happening aside from DC being a bunch of cowards. My plea is that they’ll realize superhero’s are about hope. And breaking the mold. About fighting for what’s right. And not be a bunch of superstitious and cowardly criminals. Luckily, I’m an optimist.

And I choose to believe that eventually someone will see the story potentials and see the million of guys who struggled in life. The gay and bi men who came out much later in life. And they’ll see Batman and think of Kevin conroy.
