This post is not sponsored.
I just found an app called Inflow ADHD.
It’s an app “designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD.”
From what I can tell it’s really well-designed and there is a lot of content.
They give you a 7-day free trial and then you can choose between $124.99 CAD per year, or $28.49 CAD per month. I don’t know yet which features are premium and which aren’t, so I’ll have to wait till my free trial ends to find out and then I’ll let you guys know.
Features:
Learning modules
Daily exercises
14-day (non-consecutively) challenges
Supportive community
Live events with ADHD experts
Interactive journal
“Daily focus” feature which asks you what your main priority is for the day
Here is the app info page on the developer’s website

Bodies Of Water
“The LORD lives! Blessed be my rock! May the God of my salvation be exalted!” Psm 18:46NLT
A pond is a small body of water, often man-made, having no inflow or outflow. Of all the bodies of water, to my way of thinking, it’s the least useful and most expensive to maintain. My cousin has a five acre pond on his farm covered with algae, slime and mosquitoes. He’s poured thousands of dollars of algaecide, pond raking and everything conceivable to clean it. All his efforts were to no avail. Geese carry into his pond everything he just dredged out. The process is never ending.
One lake in Quebec is a closed lake with a small creek feeding into it, but no point of outflow. The waters are murky with pollution— contributed by the people living around the lake. Without any proper care, the water is considered as ‘dangerous for swimming.’ Locals will tell you, swimming can give you boils.
There are many lakes throughout the northern part of Indiana. To my knowledge most of these lakes have an inflow and outflow of creeks or rivers. People have cottages, go boating, fishing, water skiing, even swimming. Yet, looking at the murky water, I refuse to even get my feet wet.
During Lou’s travels with construction, we stayed at Higgins Lake Michigan. The water was clear and beautiful. Per the locals, this lake is spring fed with clear, cold water. A creek at one point takes the water flowing out to bless other lakes and the land.
When we come to Jesus, we’ve already spent part of life like my cousin’s pond. Stagnant, stinking, covered with infecting parasites and full of ugliness. We cost a fortune to maintain and look good. Nothing we do cleanses ourselves up to the point of making the grade as useful to the King of kings.
I don’t want to be a pond that Jesus dredges out and cleans, but can’t be used. Nor do I want to be like the lake with inflow only, always taking but never giving out. In such an atmosphere, my thoughts and ideas can become clouded with untruths, and false-perceptions. Without realizing how dangerous my waters have become, I can poison many around me.
Equally bad would be like the lake of inflow and outflow. Half-truths and the world can flow into us, even on the rivers of God’s love. How? By choices of where we spent time; allow ourselves to see and to hear; and refusal to deny our emotions the right to control us. Having the river of God flowing through us is wonderful— without pollutants.
Jn 4:13-14ESV “Jesus said to her, … whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” By choosing God’s way with each conscience choice, it becomes easier to detect those inconsequential choices. These seemingly meaningless little choices determines the closing of our polluted inflow and converting to being spring-fed.
Being praising waters helps to close off the pollutants coming into us. Remembering to live joyful, for Holy Spirit is joyful cleanses. Once we’ve learned this joyful living, the well of God’s love springs out of us. Hearing God’s voice and moving where Holy Spirit says to move is easier. Loving everyone comes more naturally. Self-concern dies! Feeling the pain of others and responding with God’s love becomes second nature.
How do you want to live? What kind of water do you want to be? It’s your choice. You choose.
Prayer: Abba Father to flow with You is my desire. Spring up oh well in me. Help these readers to desire becoming praising waters blessing all around, in Jesus’ name I pray.
