Leg foot been wrapped up since Akron Marathon. I’ve been trying to stay off it, but I’ve been doing a lot of moving and busy work. Consistently stretching my toes, flex my feet and ankle rotations just to assist the recovery. Now doing stationary bike for cardio not a bad alternative however I’m hoping over the weekend or shall pass.
