How do I write my next fic?

It's going to AU, a horror based in a rural area. Very simple breakdown, a girl inherits her grandpa's farm. She is no city-slickers but the business side of things is all new. With the help of neighbors and family, she starts to get used to her new home and job. But things start to go a skew when something calls for her in the woods.
