Well I was about to say yes and link the article but apparently I misremembered the study and it was actually on Jackdaws, which are in the corvid family but not technically crows. Embarrassing!

If you have been on the internet too long like I have, you’ll know that this is actually a hilarious mistake for me to have made because there was a huge drama on reddit like a decade ago that revolved around a biologist specifically ranting about the difference between jackdaws and crows, which spawned a memorable copypasta that was all anyone would post whenever these birds came up for like a year. I still see it from time to time especially in my bio circles.

That’s not really relevant but it’s just kinda funny. Take-home point; I am stupid but corvids are smart 😅
