Anon is a heavily disabled person whose only form of communication outside of family and doctors is online spaces like Discord and Tumblr. They're in their teens, but do a lot of things that they worry might make people assume they're under 13.* They also know many people who are in similar situations, and they're wondering if this is an actual issue, or if they're just overthinking it.
*pollmonger note: I assume part of the worry here (aside from just being perceived as young/immature/etc) is that age 13 is often the youngest that's allowed to sign up for things like tumblr/discord.
