Je kunt er iedereen’s gedrag mee uitleggen omdat het hun aard is. Persoonlijkheidstypologie ís de menselijke natuur en het leert ons dat we allemaal evenveel goed en kwaad hebben en juist dat vinden wij fascinerend. When we understand the cognitive functions, we come to the conclusion that everyone's point of view is valid and that the behavior of others is not malicious, it is just different from ours. You can explain everyone's behavior with it because it is their nature. Introverted feeling is internal and reflective while extroverted feeling is adaptive and reads emotions easier. Introverted feeling analyses it’s own emotions, while extroverted feeling analyse the emotions of others.. Extroverted feeling can naturally be a chameleon and adapt to what the other person feels, which often makes them more natural communciators. In contrast, introverted feeling usually needs more time to reflect and is not as much easily a natural communicator..
