i think i noticed i had a problem when i realised that most people aren’t subconsciously seeing themselves as inferior, like i genuinely feel so inferior to others in a way where i don’t even realise it. it’s in the back of my head all the time, but it’s not something that i think about, like does that make sense?

i just know that others are better than me, and i’ve known that for a long time.
