Reminder that people with personality disorders are not terrible people for the way their brain works!!!
This doesn’t mean the disorders an excuse, but it also means not to hate someone just for having one.
We did not choose to have this disorder. Support people rather than shun them.

Hello, this is yet another “this-is” blog dedicated to the saneism people with Cluster C experience. Inspired by: @this-is-cluster-b-saneism, @thisisparamisia, @this-is-ableism, and @this-is-saneism (especially heavily inspired by the first mentioned.)
The rules are:
[PT: The rules are:]
• Every ask has to involve, in any form, saneism faced by people with Avoidant Personality Disorder, Dependent Personality Disorder, or Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder.
• No censoring of words, they exist to be used. Typing quirks are allowed (sorry if I sounded rude.)
• Do not try to spread misinformation or to put down people who face these disorders. This is meant to be a safe place for the discrimination Cluster C folk, such as myself, face.
• There can be overlap with other types of discrimination (deformisia, racism, transphobia, kinmisia, homophobia, etc.)
About mod:
[PT: About mod:]
• You can call me Hazel, zhe/hir. I have Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Body Integrity Identity Disorder. It may take a while for me to answer your asks, but don’t worry, I will answer.
• As long as you don’t violate the rules, you can be rest assured you will be answered!
• This blog is safe for everyone (except radqueers.)
• Any and every religious and spiritual practices are accepted here, as long as you don’t use it as an excuse to be bigoted.
• People of every race and ethnic background are safe and welcomed here.
• Any body type is accepted here, we do not condone body-shaming.
• People with physical/sensory disabilities and neurodivergence of any kind are safe here.
• Non-disordered systems/plural people, non-dissociative systems/plural people, and endogenic systems/plural people are safe here.
• Safe for therians, alterhumans and otherkin.
• Safe for people with labels considered contradictory (AMAB transmascs, AFAB transfems, lesboys, turigirls, you get the gist!)
• Sex workers are safe here.
(And if someone has a better flag for the blog… It would be greatly appreciated…)
“Safe Person”—A term specifically for people with AvPD. A Safe Person (Or SAFP / SP), is a term similar to “Favorite Person”.
I think… to me at least; a safe person is someone you put an extreme amount of trust in, someone you can truly unmask with, someone you’ll never worry being a bother, someone who you can truly feel… safe around. I think when studying the term—It is truly telling that the Majority of Avoidants want someone to be a “Safe Place” for them. Safeness is Key. flag color meanings below ❤️ 🐛
