ENFP x INTJ - Riddle
[ENFP and INTJ talking in bed about psychopath riddles]
ENFP: How would you answer this riddle? A boyfriend and girlfriend go swimming in a lake. The girlfriend begins to sink and the guy dives in after her. At the bottom of the lake, he can't find her and all he sees are plants. After they have her funeral, he goes back to the lake and sees a man fishing. He thinks it's odd and asks the man, "Why are you fishing? You can't catch anything with all the plants in the way." The man replies, "What are you talking about? There are not plants." Upon hearing this, the boyfriend then kills himself. Why did he kill himself?
INTJ: Uh. Because he thought her hair were the plants? But even then, that's assuming the girlfriend was a brunette, had long hair, and was somehow practically buried into the bed of the lake.
ENFP: That's exactly what I said! It's so stupid. And isn't a head attached to a body?! Did he miss the entire body?! And yes, so the boyfriend kills himself because he couldn't stand the idea of accidentally leaving his girlfriend to drown in that lake.
INTJ: What an idiot. I would kill myself if I was so stupid as to think there's a tiny patch of plants while the rest of the lake is clear of them. Let's just forget to look all around the damn lake, will you!
ENFP: You're really getting into this. So would you jump in after me?
INTJ: No.
ENFP: What?!
INTJ: What do you mean "what"?
ENFP: Really?!
INTJ: Okay, let me clarify. I would jump in after you if it weren't deeper than 10-15 ft. Past that, they'll be dragging two bodies out of the lake.
ENFP: But...You would just let me die?!
INTJ: It would also depend on if you were thrashing, if there were rocks, if there were professionals nearby.
ENFP: But you wouldn't even try?!
INTJ: I would obviously save you if you were in a pool or body of water that I can maneuver well in because I'm a good swimmer. But I have my limits. It would be pointless if I'm just going to be as helpless as you once I dive in.
ENFP: (knows he's right but Feelings) You're a butt.
INTJ: And you're cute. -smothers in kisses-
ENFP: Butt.
