Today's post is up. M and I have chosen to test tonight because we didn't want to test and then just leave to go to work (whatever the results may be). I've never not wanted to test before. I don't want the hope to be crushed if it's a negative. For the rest of today I'd like to stay in my bubble and keep dreaming of our life with a little bean. So last night and this morning I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. My throat is scratchy and water helps but then it comes back. At night I had a stuffy nose and then today I had a runny nose on and off. I'm trying not to think much about it because I'm only 6DPO so that's probably too early. And I'm trying very hard not to symptom spot. BUT it got me wondering how common this symptom is. For the ladies out there who have gotten BFPs, did you get cold like symptoms? Tonight we worked out for the first time since we moved back home. We have been on a big hiatus as we lived in the west coast for a bit then moved home and M has had horrible hashimotos flare ups that have made it impossible for her to exercise. Luckily, changing our diet and doing the #autoimmuneprotocol has helped her gain most of her energy back!!! Yesterday we were texting and decided it's time to go back. Hours later we signed up at a gym, and today we started again! We used to crossfit but wanted to save some money so we're making our own wods now, but it works for us! It will be so nice to add this back to our routine and to get some added stress out. It will hopefully help with fertility as well!!
