(The Batman Strikes! #16): Well, this seems like a fun comic. The Joker stealing the batmobile is a fun concept, and one I can get behind reading about. But also: I want to point out that J. Torres is actually a Canadian writer, I think. And you know... that's no guarantee of quality. John Byrne was partially canadian, and i hate his stuff. But J. Torres seems a bit better than John Byrne, and I'm not just saying that because he wrote/writes a lot of the more kid friendly comics. Because that's definitely a factor in my decision, but the bigger truth is: i like him because his writing seems fun.
