Seems like they wrote Will the same what they did with Eleven. Will had to suffer for 5 seasons so the others would be happy. And Eleven had to die so the others would move on from childhood.

I was thinking of cooking up a modern au/normal au fic for stranger things and have come up with this idea for the D20 siblings! (With the help from @clown-busters)

Basically Henry, Kali and Jane are all in foster care with all the other kids but a fire happens and all the children besides them die in said fire. Henry will get scarred pretty badly with burns all up his arm and half of his face, causing him to be blind in one eye. Think of when he finds goes to the abyss but more realistic and only on half his body

Meanwhile Kali and Jane would only have burns on their arms/wrists to resemble their numbers and that they're all connected to one another! But after the fire they will all be put into different homes which is how Jane meets the main gang where shes either taken in by Joyce, Hopper or Both!

Mini Eleven and Hooper for the Father's Day 2022

Someone should make a gifset of all the times will byers talked about eleven in a soft friendly way or looked at her, the times he was listening at her or was with her in the same room and that one time he called her stupid just because of pure jealousy (and the times he was mad at mike and eleven's relationship not her)

We had a character say that Brenner is alive! I don't think we've seen the last of him. I could easily see him working with the Russians in order to continue his experiments. I'll go so far as to suggest that Kali will need to work with Eleven in order to bring "Papa" down once and for all.

If that's what happens, I will be so happy. Although a lot of good things came from the episode where El meets Kali, it felt very unnecessary especially since we didn't see Kali again this season. So if the Duffers are building up for the return of Brenner and then (hopeful) demise at the hands of El and Kali, I will be so satisfied.
