ÉTOILE | 1.01 "The Swap"
Jack + Cheyenne drinking each other's drinks
Étoile (2025)
deeper than words can describe
my favorite type of ships are the ones where you can go platonic or romantic, either way, it's a win, their connection is deeper than what words can describe, it's a bond for life, a connection only they can understand.
Cheyenne Toussaint & Jack McMillan (Étoile) he can’t stand her (affectionately)
I can't stop thinking about those Americans with their French ballet dancers
would i be this unwell about them if they were endgame. i don't know. but they weren't and i'm upset
I don't care, I just want season 2 of Étoile
Cheyenne's Photo
Does anyone else think it is very sweet that of all the photos on that wall, Cheyenne's is the only one where the famous ballerina is not dancing? Every other picture is about grace, beauty, and athleticism. Obviously Cheyenne can be all those things, and certainly no one loves to watch her dance more than Jack. Still, that wasn't what he chose for her. To Jack, Cheyenne is first and foremost a fighter. I think that that is what she's smiling at: Jack's support of the piece of her that people have the most trouble accepting. It is both captured in the photo, with Jack's laughter and implied in the photo being displayed. I think that means a lot to her, considering how trapped she sometimes feels by her identity as an "Etoile."
