૮ ․ ․ ྀིა after watching the jjk movie i understand that yuta oc joke now bcus wdym he's a distant relative to GOJO?
i just finished watching jujutsu kaisen 0 and i must admit most of the time i was fangirling over maki. if anything i only watched the movie so i could see maki more. like you cannot tell me she's ugly, every frame of her is pure beauty. I definitely enjoyed it more than the reze arc (maybe i should give that a second chance and watch it again?) but yuta being able to wield a katana and imbue cursed energy into a vessel in under a year is sooo giving "this is my oc!".
i genuinely believe the reason yuta doesn't appear in the first season is because if he did he'd probably overshadow yuji. PLUS yuta got geto on the floor (with the help of rika) and he's only been doing this for around 3 months? and then he also delivered that black flash or whtever it's called and bro didn't even learn that... YUJI GOT HIMSELF A LITTLE TRAINING ARC WITH TODO.
LIKE YUTA WOULD'VE STOLEN YUJI'S SPOTLIGHT AS SOON AS HE APPEARED ON SCREEN.
other than that issue though, i did enjoy the second years appearance and i grew a liking to inumaki and panda more here. also the appearance of the kyoto students too.
nothing else i want to mention but i gave it a 4 1/2 stars on letterboxd.
