This is, or was, Gigi. Gigi was Gretchen’ grandmther, mother’s side. She died of a heart attack along about the time Gretchen was graduating vo-tech. She was the last of Gretchen’s mother’s family, and the last person besides her brothers that took care of her once her father stopped. She was a good woman, another one taken before her time.
Amanda Jenkins. She is the manager at the Applebees that JJ works at. J does not get along with her, but does respect her. Amanda is tough boss, and one who gets the best of her crew. She had wanted to be a singer too, but that dream was dashed, or she didn’t want it enough. She didn’t keep chasing it after a few closed doors.
This is Gregory, Sal’s former father in law. He is the man in charge of Lynn’s care now, whenever she goes into treatment. He also is who supervises Cheryl’s visits with Lynn. Greg’s a good father and grandpa, even if he’s had it a bit rough in his life. His wife has Alzheimer’s and is in a home.
