These Cracking Beef Burgers are juicy, tasty, and great for a full meal. The special sauce gives them a sour kick that makes them a hit at any dinner or cookout.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, diced onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef with them. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and cover until the cheese melts. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned. Pickle dice, ketchup, and mayonnaise should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make a special sauce. Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice. Add a cheese-covered patty on top. Put the top bun on top of the patty and spread the special sauce on it. Enjoy your tasty beef burgers while they're still hot.
