Panko Parmesan Chicken is a tasty and crispy chicken dish that is covered in a tasty mixture of Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs. It's simple to make and great for a quick dinner during the week or having people over.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. Mix them together. Beat the eggs and put them in another shallow dish. In a third broad dish, put the flour. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip it in beaten eggs, and finally cover it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it down gently to stick. Warm up the olive oil in a big skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat. Before you add the chicken breasts, make sure both sides are golden brown. This should take about 3 minutes per side. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and reaches 165F 75C. Serve hot, and if you want, top with parsley.
