The Amazing Spider-Man [and Spider-People] (full video version)

Animator, illustrator and creator of Stan Lee’s Bad Days Junaid Chundrigar created a short tribute featuring 123 different iterations of Spider-Man, including his many costumes as well as the numerous characters that have borne his namesake over the years. Virtually every frame contains a different image.

I visited Comic Con today, where I spent money on a commission for the very first time in my life. This is what the artist Junaid Chundrigar drew me. There were a fair amount of artists to bother, but the playful style of Junaid I liked most. I originally showed up at his table to buy his first generation Pokémon poster to hide the glue-smeared area on my bedroom wall with, which has been there ever since I moved. I might still do that. Anyway, adult Mind and Dennim, from my series DenNIM. I showed him this drawing and told him little else; I’m amazed how well he understood these freaks by just looking at them. Cute.

Ruimteshit en Dingen / Space Shit and Stuff (2019) - Junaid Chundrigar A slacker and his attorney embark on an epic quest to stop an alien invasion during which they discover all kinds of things and stuff about their friendship, cake, and the meaning of humankind. 'Space Shit and Stuff' is a beat-by-beat adaptation of a completely improvised comic made in 2011 for '24 Hour Comics Day' while being very sleep deprived. Spoken in Dutch, subtitled in English (more languages are coming up). Enjoy!
