The idea is, when you're going to do something, imagine that everybody is gonna do that thing you're gonna do. Would that be a world you want to live in?

philosophy
Philosophy is the one of the most relevant subjects taught in school. It makes one think more deeply and creatively. It allows one to reflect on their lives, see the imperfections and work towards becoming a better person. Many classic philosophical theories continue to be applicable today, especially ethics. Philosophy provides perspectives that can make one more aware of what is around them and can incite change for better. When philosophy is brought up in conversation, people scoff and joke about how boring or unimportant it is, yet it is behind one’s every perception, thought, and action.
