These grilled kofta kebabs made from a mix of beef and pork will take you to the bold flavors of Balkan food. When you grill it with craft beer, the smoky and savory flavors get even better, making it a great dish for barbecues.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water. Craft beer for basting.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Add breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape them into elongated kefta/kofte around the soaked wooden skewers. Place the kefta on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the kefta with craft beer for added flavor and moisture. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve the Grilled Kofta Balkan Kefta with your favorite sides and enjoy!

These grilled lamb kebabs are bursting with Mediterranean flavors and served with a creamy Parmesan-yogurt sauce. Perfect for a summer barbecue or a special dinner!
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
Instructions: To make a marinade, put olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread the lamb cubes out in the marinade after adding them. It can be marinated in the fridge for up to two hours or at least thirty minutes. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. On the wet wooden skewers, thread the lamb cubes that have been marinated. Put the lamb kebabs on the grill and cook them for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Make the Parmesan-yogurt sauce while the kebabs are cooking on the grill. Grate Parmesan cheese, add fresh lemon juice, and chop fresh parsley. Mix all of these ingredients together in a small bowl. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Take the lamb kebabs off the grill when they're done and serve them hot with the Parmesan-yogurt sauce on the side.
