Something a little different today. 400m run 3 minute one arm long cycle with 24kg at 10 reps a minute. Done 4 times It was nice to break it up for a bit and not just straight lifting all the time. I also had to take advantage of the beautiful morning. As for the lifts I've been working towards ten reps a minute.
