Snatcherday with 36kg! Learn about the components below. Thanks for your share @johnparker__ #kettlebell #kettlebells ・・・ The Kettlebell Snatch: . @kettlebellkings 36kg dead stop snatch. . There are two main variables I consider for power: force production and endurance. . For movements that require quick bursts of energy (bouldering, sprinting) I prefer to use a dead stop kettlebell snatch. Why? This movement requires triple extension (full extension of the ankles, knees, and hips). . The force of the bell, directed vertically, produces maximal power output from start to finish. . When power endurance is my primary focus, I’ll use a traditional kettlebell snatch. I’ll select a weight where high reps (10-20) can be achieved with flawless form. The #kettlebellsnatch is my favorite conditioning exercise for cardiovascular health and #powerendurance . If you’ve never tried the dead stop version, make sure to produce a powerful triple extension before a smooth and direct catch.
