Okay so we always take the kickboards and pull buoys from the rack when we arrive to practice and when we finish, we put them back.
Some of the kids don´t like wasting time with putting the boards back, so they just leave them on the ground somewhere, which annoys the coach a lot, so he decided that we´ll be doing extra 100 squats during warmup the next day, if we don´t put all of the boards back.
We´ve been doing the additional squats for almost a week now and the kids are usually so tired afterwards, that they almost can´t walk, and they´ve been complaining non-stop, but have a guess, do they put their boards back now? No, they don´t.
The result? We´re officially doing extra 100 squats till the end of December, and if at the end of Monday´s practice there´s still boards on the ground, then all January too.
