When religion encounters logic, their default response is to ignore it and hope people will forget. here is an example.

1) The Old Testament is a moral guide from God.

2) The Old Testament commands us to kill the babies of our enemies.

3) God wants us to kill the babies of our enemies.

4) The murderers of the Pakistani children were doing God's work.

Which one or more of the above statements is false. Or is it true.

HUNDREDS OF REASONS NOT TO BE RELIGIOUS #186 Religions see the evil in other religions, but do not see the evil in their own religion. These are the evil men who killed 132 children in Pakistan, with many more injured. They were extremely religious and completely misguided. The other Abrahamic religions of Judaism and Christianity were correct to condemn. But those religions ignored the passages in the Old Testament and Torah that commanded followers to kill the babies of their enemies. All the religions of the world should actively reject any passages in their holy books that call for the killing of innocents. But each religion only condemns the others. I will not provide the passage from the Old Testament for this reference since I believe every serious defender of the Bible should have to read it in its entirety. So everyone should read it all, including this disgusting passage about killing babies. And then if you are still defending it, there is no hope for you.
