Pork Chops with Couscous, Peas and Black Olives. I marinated the pork chops overnight with Olive Oil and Killer Hogs BBQ Rub, and I roasted them in the oven.The couscous is cooked with chicken broth and peas. I added the black olives at the end to give it a bit of contrast. I hope everyone's week has gotten off to a great start. And like Chef Jacques Pepin always says, happy cooking!
