[ADHD AND LANGUAGE LEARNING/STUDYING]

Hello! For those who are ADHD, what does your developed study process look like? I find that I rely on my current mood a lot when it comes to studying so it’s a bit difficult to build a routine. I honestly don’t think I want to have a schedule, maybe just a skeleton I can work with that’s flexible. I’d love your insights and tips!

Hey all! My name is Ou KaiLi. I need to make some money to support going to physical therapy, so I am here to offer my time and knowledge to anyone who would like to learn simplified Mandarin Chinese - up to intermediate mid level.

BEGINNERS:

Introductory:

❃ stroke order - $12 for introduction lesson. You will learn the proper stroke order to allow for smoother, more fluid writing, and a steadier hand.

❃ tones - $15 for introduction lesson. You will learn the differences between all tones, how to pronounce them, and their significance in the language.

❃ phonics - $10 for introduction lesson. Learning Chinese as an English speaker isn't always easy! Let's get a solid foundation now; you will learn how to pronounce consonants and vowels and how they affect each other.

Basics:

❃ conversation - price can vary depending on how long you'd like to talk, and through which medium (do you want to practice on the keyboard, or would you like to converse verbally?) For most basic beginner conversation, price will be about $10. You will learn to speak more fluidly, and basic body language to help understand culture difference.

❃ VOCAB - my personal recommendation for beginners who already grasp the introductory concepts. I will compile a personal vocab list for you if you'd like, or I can give you some of my premade ones with essential vocabulary. Basic, premade vocab lists will start at $5.

Hey langblrers (is it a word I can use?) out there!

I’ve always wanted to study French, it’s a very beautiful and romantic language in my opinion. I even bought a grammar book but tbh I don’t really know how to start. I’ve never studied this language and for me it is completely NEW!

Have you got any advice on what I should do? How should I start?

oh so my italian teacher suggested that if someone is to learn a language, making a book dedicated to Grammar is a good thing! because if youre ever confused, you can grab that book and go through it to find what you need !!
