The world fell under Savage and his henchmen. Nothing is certain anymore and just setting foot outside could cost you your life, but in this world of darkness and violence comes a hint of hope: Heroes. The last members of what used to be known as the Justice League. A journey into the past could mean the salvation of everything but also their doom. The heroes will have to bet everything, even their lives if they want to overthrow their oppressors and bring light back into their world.

The Queen Kids covered the headlines, the magazine covers, social media. Nobody could get enough of them, and their parents couldn’t do anything to help them. Each of them lived in their own parents shadow. They didn’t want that for their children.

Maybe they should’ve thought of that before they named their children after the city’s heroes.

Laurel Queen, the girl who’s named after the city’s heroine, had traveled the world after graduating at nineteen from Laurel Lance Memorial University with a degree in art. She takes after her surrogate aunt Sara more than anyone.

But she couldn’t live in another person’s shadow. That’s why she’s went, and came back a changed person.

Thomas Queen, the boy who’s named after one of the city’s heroes, was racing his way through the city, and learning the secrets of the city’s big guns for fun, taking more after his aunt than anyone.

But he couldn’t last in the suffocating city, with pressure placed on his shoulders to take over the somewhat recently retaken Queen Consolidated. So he flies and flies and flies.
