How in the world do we accomplish everything that is in front of us? The approach we take is what we witnessed as children and mirrored their actions. When we are not organized, this causes procrastination, and never feel settled. We learn this behavior and it stays with us until we recognize, we want to change.
If we develop organizational skills and better time management, procrastination disappears. What “sits on our shoulders”, never goes away and can lower our self esteem. What we procrastinate about brings uncertainty, generating anxiety. We can have better organizational skills when we understand “how we operate” and “why”.
Procrastination never wins,
One step at time will get us where we are going, procrastination stops us in our tracks. We take on a persona that labels us for the rest of our lives unless we take charge and stop procrastinating.
