Ramen • 拉面 lāmiàn 🍜 The famous Japanese ramen, a dish of pulled noddles with soy sauce and various toppings, uses Chinese wheat noodles as a base. As they are hand-pulled, here comes the name: 拉 (lā) to pull + 面 (miàn) noodles = 拉面 (lāmiàn) "pulled noodles"!

Acabando la semana con clases. Ojalá pudiera estar más alerta, aún llego medio zombi :S Ayer fue mi cumpleaños. Desde hace un tiempo, me remito a comer a algún lugar que me guste, hueveo en la compu y descanso. Más me hago vieja, más disfruto de pensar en el tiempo transcurrido sola, de reflexionar sobre lo que en un año hice internamente. Sólo muestro cositas de las que me enorgullezco y que me hacen sentir bien, como estudiar. Llevo más de 1 década en redes sociales con lo cual he aprendido que no todo se comparte, y ciertos logros se saborean mejor en secreto.
