─ Beef Unending 2.0 - Civil War NPC Replacers ─
hi, I'm done updating this hellish and stupid annoying mod and I'm going back to sleep without dreaming of Ulfric pixels. feel free to check it out tho if interested.
It visually replaces Tullius, Rikke, Ulfric, Galmar, Ralof and Hadvar and my entire sanity. I used mostly elder scrolls legends arts or just their vanilla template as inspo - so NO??? HADVAR IS NOT FRKN ANAKIN(???) HOW THE HELL DO YOU EVEN- *lots of very angry ramblings about y ppl bully fictional males without beards* :- )

Extremely immersive 'Skyrim Civil War - Colorized' below btw.
this is my contribution to the funniest redraw meme ever
I had the idea of Legate Rikke x Delphine earlier because we could use some more toxic yuri around here and why not some old woman yuri
Legate Rikke understanding Delphine's grievances but believing she lives in the past, wanting the glory days of the Blades back enough by her time they were long gone. Rikke's a practical woman, she sees her home under threat now and fights for it, she still recognizes Talos and is a woman of Skyrim first and foremost. Rikke is not caught up in glory and mythos, she has to do what's right for the people.
Delphine has been in hiding for decades, her order fallen and now the Empire bowing to the Thalmor. Sure, she is confused about many things, believing them to initially be behind the Dragon Crisis and then demanding the Dragonborn kill Paartharnax due to his past crimes. Atonement doesn't matter, she cannot change so it appears as though no one else could. And it makes sense, she clinges to the glorious past of the Blades because what else there is to cling to?
I want to see them clash, maybe they had a thing during the war. Then they run into each other decades later and with the Dragon Crisis, Civil War, and Thalmor presence and they fight! They're not on opposing sides but just coming at things from different angles, witnessing the differing paths they took, Delphine forced into this one.
And they they fuck nasty <3
Ulfric, my old friend… what happened to you?

It's not just that Tullius talks about Ulfric all the damn time.
It's that he does it more than RIKKE.
Rikke, who has more contextual reason to mention him regularly.
Rikke, who followed many of the same customs and religions (she fucking said "talos be with you" to him)
Rikke, who clearly still sees good inside of him underneath everything else and something inside her doesn't want him to die
Rikke, who I'm pretty sure actually fought by Ulfric and Galmar's sides in the past.
Tullius mentions Ulfric more than her.
Tullius who apparently wants less than nothing to do with him.
Sure, buddy. Sure.
Suddenly remembered how I surfed UESP and found out that Ulfric presumably never mentions Rikke, unlike Rikke herself, who calls Ulfric her friend.
It hurts me a bit — both sides: thinking that Ulfric may rarely remember Rikke, and seeing how Rikke thinks of him.
