"Confused Aurene and her goofy Berserker Lady Champion" Featuring Aurene, and my off-setting character Beth Ravencoft. Wanted to sketch something quick to celebrate the monumental personal achievement I finished yesterday and today. So, I now have Aurene's Fang and the Jormag's Fang skin variant.(My very first Legendary weapon!) Beth is currently dual wielding the Jormag one and it can get hillariously "extra", honestly I wish the trail effects were a bit more tame like the aurene fang, cause its a bit much as it is XD Def gonna use it to meme around a lot, its hillariously explosive and works well with her Berserky-ness XD

Daybreaker (greatsword), Legendary (requires attunement)

The second out of a pair of legendary swords that revolve around the same concept. Daybreaker is a legendary greatsword, forged by the sun god Lathander for his paladin champion, a beautifully crafted a blade of dark steel with swirling patterns. The sword pulses with the sun's energy, granting its wielder abilities tied to the sun’s cycle.

Grim’s Mercy

(Legendary, must be attuned by a Valkyrie)

This long, slender, pure white, ivory spear with small, silver wings on the end of it was originally owned by the infamous Elven Valkyrie, Sannvörn, the Merciful Grimmess. It has the versatile, light, finesse, and thrown (20/120) properties.

The spear does 1d10 piercing damage + 1d10 radiant/necrotic (your choice) damage. If wielding as a 2-handed melee weapon the piercing damage increases to 1d12.

On a hit, the target is also engulfed in an ethereal wisp of black and white swirling smoke. The target’s Hit Point Maximum is reduced by the amount of radiant/necrotic damage you inflict and you or an ally within 30 feet of you (whom you can see) increase your Hit Points & Hit Point Maximum the same amount. Both Max HPs are reset after a Long Rest. Additionally, the target cannot regain hit points while their HP Maximum is reduced.

If thrown, immediately after it hits or misses, the spear flies back to your hand.

*Okay, so 12 years, but with like a six year gap between HoT and EoD lol

I'm so glad to be done with this journey! I've been slowly tacking away at this for the better part of a year now, and its so nice to see that little flying serpent accompanying my commander 24/7 now.

I'm sure there were easier legendaries to go for, but TBH none of them really stood out to me as something worth sinking so much time and gold into. After I started getting more into the game again, I was browsing the Wiki and saw this little guy - so I knew I had to craft him :)

Random character idea I had, tangentially related to the “multiple legendary weapons” idea: character that guards and oversees a legendary weapon, and they currently travel the world with said weapon, on a quest for its rightful owner. They’re powerful enough in their own right, maybe being a magic user, but do not use the weapon they carry, both out of a sense of their duties and because they literally can’t, they aren’t the person meant to wield it, they know this for a fact

Not sure what to do with this idea, I feel like it’s pretty versatile. You could use it for a supporting character, you could use it for a protagonist in and of themselves. Or it could maybe make a DND character (not that I currently play). Not entirely sure it works as a Cookie Run character. But I thought the idea sounded neat
