For those who are wondering how do both Susie and Allison manage to keep in shape and be beautiful,it's simple. They simply do some contortion in order to keep their body fit along with taking walks,and eating healthy. Thanks to Joey's experiments the girls can perform more complex contortion,and remain in certain poses longer then any normal human. They often do contortion performances from time to time for guests,along with of course doing regular sessions together when at home. Granted they still don't have toon skills,and powers to withstand heavy objects like pianos fallen on them,making them flat as pancakes given that they're failed experiments but all the same they're a lot more flexible then humans.

But a good portion of your adductors also have some hip flexion components to them. Where might they limit you? Think positions where you create hip extension and abduction, such as the lockout of a sumo deadlift. . This hip flexor flow takes you through ↔ stretches for the iliopsoas, adductors, and rectus femoris. You can do any of these statically or dynamically. Whichever you prefer. . The 🔑 key to targeting the hip flexors is to pull your pelvis back into a posterior tilt and squeeze the glute throughout all movement. This helps you build active hip extension while improving the hip flexor mobility.
