Boloñesa de lentejas

La gripe me tiene KO a base de sopa de verduras así que fantaseo con esta boloñesa de lentejas 🍝tan sencilla y tan rica.

🔶Ingredientes:

🔸Un bote de lentejas cocidas, bien escurridas

🔸Una lata de tomates, tomate frito o passata

🔸Una cebolla mediana

🔸Dos dientes de ajo

🔸 Hierbas provenzales

🔸 Sal y pimienta al gusto

🔸 Aceite de oliva

🔷Preparación:

🔹Sofreímos la cebolla y el ajo en el aceite de oliva 5 min con la sal para que poche bien

🔹Añadimos el tomate (y más sal si hace falta) y cocinamos a fuego bajo durante 8-10 min🔹Vertemos las lentejas, las hierbas provenzales y continuamos cocinando otros 5 min

🔹 Mezclamos con la pasta y le ponemos pimienta al gusto.

This 5-ingredient Lentil Bolognese Pasta is a quick and easy vegetarian meal that doesn't compromise on flavor. With just a handful of ingredients, you can whip up a delicious and nutritious sauce that pairs perfectly with your favorite pasta.

Ingredients: 1 cup dried lentils. 1 jar marinara sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 8 ounces pasta of your choice.

Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Add dried lentils to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour marinara sauce over the lentils and stir well. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until lentils are tender. Once lentils are tender and the sauce has thickened, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the lentil bolognese sauce over cooked pasta. Enjoy!

A plant-based twist on the classic spaghetti Bolognese. This vegan version features hearty lentils and a rich tomato sauce flavored with aromatic herbs and spices.

Ingredients: 200g lentils. 300g spaghetti. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 carrot, grated. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 400g canned chopped tomatoes. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp dried basil. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions: Cook lentils according to package instructions until tender. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a large skillet, saut onion and garlic until translucent. Add carrot and bell pepper, cook until softened. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce, oregano, basil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cooked lentils, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve the vegan Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti, garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
