ROSES ARE RED

it’s hard to imagine that, just as with his vlive show, this would be his third season of date lottery as well. truth be told, it sometimes feels as if he’s gone on more official dates with @lgcmiso​ than with danbi, but he knows it’s good for the cameras and for the publicity the show gives. they’ve talked about this, and it’s why they’ve decided to reappear again. after all, there aren’t that many original couples left from the first season, especially with the company’s decision to allow them to be a part of a babysitting show instead.

this season, he’s given the task of picking the location of the date. he wants to pick out a place that the show isn’t already featuring ( and frankly, they’ve picked a lot of great options ). he doesn’t really know if the place he’s chosen ( the SKY ROSE GARDEN ) is one that miso will like, but he thought it was really pretty when he saw it online ( and he also went to check it out just to make sure it would indeed be a suitable place for a date ). 

as per usual, he arrives first at the location, the time set for some time before sunset so they can relax a bit before watching the sun go down. there’s a small cafe that he would go buy some food and drinks at too once she arrives. it should all go well, right?

QUICK OOC NOTE   ‧ ‧ ‧  this is something i used to do on other muses ( modeled after an old friend ), so i’ll be making the addition here. this is a nice way to keep up with your character and their developments - so i definitely recommend ! it’s fun and interesting to see how your muse grows, and since jiao’s 1 MONTH passed here at legacy, i figured now would be a good time to start. i’ll try to do this often, towards the end of the month, but we’ll see how that goes  👍

NOTES FROM THE PAST (2018): jiao auditioned for legacy entertainment not thinking she would give in. she tried, as she feared the wrath of her mother, but was heartbroken when she was accepted and moved to seoul. this adjustment was difficult for her. while she had experience with korean prior to her move, learning to use it everyday was a challenge. she was also on her own for the first time ever, so she faced some behavioral problems in adjusting to trainee life - lowkey hoping she’d get kicked out and sent back home. however, she was too afraid to do anything to bad so she was mainly just lazy pretty much, maybe the occasional minor rule break. notorious for her flings & love for a good party.

CURRENT: she’s definitely calmed down a lot since her first year as a trainee. after being inspired by nana, she decided to take this training a bit more seriously and committed herself to a healthy routine of training and of course partying on the weekends when she feels like it. during class, she’s  usually still laid back and has never been one to overachieve or be a kiss ass. never skips training like she used to, and focuses a bit more. career wise, she’s not sure what she’s doing.but her mother thinks she’s there to be an actress; jiao would like to keep it that way.

after becoming a trainee, it was unsurprisingly easy for her to socialize and make friends. people like miso, ahin, jongsuk, eunji, jinah, elly, hunji, jueun, shinha, and yeoreum inspire her to be better and house close relationships with the girl. sunhee sparks a drive within her that she didn’t think existed, while jiae makes her want to be irresponsible and reckless. 

jiao is confronted with a misunderstanding between her and seolmi, as well as the risky situation of appearing on king’s v-live. 

she’s got a bad habit for holding grudges, and seungjae was unlucky enough to find this out in the most odd situation. 

jiao kinda sucks with any romantic issue - as seen in her constant string of flings (old and new), alex, and dana who's feelings for her seem to fly right over jiao’s head. she’s always been told to focus on her career rather than relationships and affection, but somehow her relationship with mike has become confusing, at least for her. friend with benefits ended up being way too confusing for her, and she’s kind of lost on what to do.

her mother has come to see her once since her move to seoul, and jiao is disheartened by the fact. at little homesick and missing her mother, the woman is becoming curious as to why it seems she has dropped on her mother’s priority list.

Lost in Translation

“There wasn’t supposed to be a dead end here, right?” Soyoun asks Miso as she glances at the map. Thankfully, they weren’t exactly needed anywhere, so they were free to explore Bangkok to their hearts’ content. Both Soyoun and Miso had wanted to try some authentic Thai food after getting some recommendations. As they tried finding the place mentioned, it seemed like the place was getting harder and harder to find. 

Soyoun’s sense of direction is borderline horrible to say the least, so having online maps have become helpful to her. Unfortunately, it looks as though their navigators have betrayed them. But Soyoun doesn’t want to lose hope just yet. As the older of the two, Soyoun feels like she’s responsible for Miso’s well-being. Soyoun will see to it that Miso gets her authentic Thai food experience. “We’re still going in the right direction, aren’t we?”

✦aerial dance

It was supposed to be an easy day. Daehyung was assigned as the practice partner of @lgcmiso, her ‘opponent’ in this battle. She had the difficult job of being on wire, trying to fly elegantly across the air with an imaginary sword in hand. This sort of scenes always looked amazing on television, but filming them was a pain. It also hurt a lot - Daehyung was on the wire yesterday and his back hurt so much that he had to cancel his weekend plans.

“Alright, I am ready.” Time to go again. Daehyung found his spot, marked by x and waited for his opportunity to flop on the ground and die again. He was taking this seriously, okay? Every time he faked his own death, he tried to do it slightly differently to convey another emotion. Just for fun. He had to keep himself amused during Stunt 101 somehow.

He waited, but this time, it was not a smooth flight for miss Jung. She got a bit tangled and he, as the person closest to her, felt the obligation to do something. So he reached for her, trying to free her, only to get caught in it himself.

It must look so funny to a bystander - two people who were very serious about acting spinning in a circle as if they were in some kind of modern aerial dance.
