like I've seen at LEAST 5 Scott revenge fics (and the last time I checked was Sunday night) but you know who should also be equally as, if not MORE, angry with Pyro and Owen? SHELBY. Avid was her fledgling, one of her best friends, he came to try and get her back and wanted to welcome her back into town, they made plans to go off together once all of this mess was done even when all the vampires were basically in the camp of were all gonna go our separate ways, she didnt just feel his death emotionally she felt his death PHYSICALLY, (This is getting into headcanon/speculation territory but BEAR WITH ME) all of the vampires felt when he died, but i imagine it was especially strong for shelby as his sire, that strong and that direct of a connection, she saw him scream and beg for his life and watched as people she thought she could trust drove a stake into his chest anyway
I NEED a Shelby crashout, i want the most unsuspecting and nonviolent of all the vampires lashing out and the effects being DEVASTATING. Shes said straught up that shes ready to kill now, and she doesnt have the same qualms that scott has about killing her allies, at least not that ive seen.
Also i just feel like it would be cool if she killed Owen tbh. Not because i dont like him but because a. It would be very fun narratively for the person who lashed out and began an unending lifeime of violence as a result of losing someone he loved so much to meet his end because he killed someone his murderer loved so much and b. I like Shelby more.
It would be very cool if she killed either/both Pyro and Owen tbh. I don't think there's a world where Owen gets out of this alive, Pyro I think still has a chance,but the monsters downfall being at the hands of a monster of their own creation is very fitting for Pyro and Owen, even if she isn't the one to kill I feel like she should REALLY play a part in their downfall

Idk the fact that Lucien has nothing of those two years where he was out and Molly was there makes my existential brain go a little nuts.
If we start digging into what makes a person a person, the argument could be made that Molly as an entity wasn’t re-absorbed into Lucien at all, but rather went on to some form of afterlife as himself.
The Tomb Takers showed up to the body and called back Lucien. Who’s to say if the Nein hadn’t gotten there first they couldn’t have called back Molly?
