Hey guys so if you’ve been reading/following my Hollanov/HR fic I’ll Be God just wanted to let you guys know my computer has been. Having Issues. So it might be a minute before my next update. Tbh I might just post what I have but it would be a short chapter and I would feel bad after the wait. But yeah currently I can’t do like anything on my computer unless it’s in the right mood 😃
I love when people come to me with their relationship problems it’s so funny because I’m aroace and yet istg all of my friends come to me for relationship advice or tangents. And I’ll listen and give advice. Except all of my advice is and will be tinted with “are you sure romantic love is what you’re after? Or is that just what you’ve been taught you need to be happy?”
Picked up my T today :)
I used to love dystopian books, that was MY genre of book. Hunger games, divergent, dark inside, anything I could get my hands on. But then I stopped seeking them out, and even started avoiding them. Reading was supposed to be an escape. And when I was younger those books were an escape to a world that was wrong but the protagonists worked hard to make things right.
And then I became a minority, a queer disabled kid. I always was queer and disabled, but didn’t fully realize it or have the words to describe it until I was about 12. I loved dystopian books, but it was impossible to pick them up once the pages reflected my life and the world I lived in.
I was told dystopian books were a warning for the future. They were written to give us an idea of morality, of right and wrong, and how grey that really is. They existed to criticize past and present, to protect the future.
I wasn’t told dystopian books would feel like looking in a mirror. Seeing yourself right there fighting to stay alive, even if the circumstances were wildly different. I was told they were written for us to keep in mind in the future. I wasn’t told they reflected the present. It wasn’t until I became the attacked that I realized we live in that world today. That it isn’t just a warning or a reminder about the past. It’s a call to action, not a warning.
Greys anatomy I’m sorry I didn’t realize you knew ball oh my gods all the non traditional families and the qpr raising a kid even though one of them is married and adopting kids, and happy childless marriages like jfc I wish I had been able to watch this show earlier because I’m living for this
My day was made the second I woke up nothing can knock me off this high, today is a good day a really good day probably one of the best I’ve ever had and it’s only just started oh thank the gods literally just… Thank Apollo, he’s a real one I love him he’s so fucking amazing
I’ve only been using minoxidil for like 3 days so I logically know it hasn’t really done anything yet but gods it feels like it has? Like I was just doing all my skin care and applying the minoxidil while singing to the new hazbin hotel songs in my mirror in my dorm and like- I HAVE FACIAL HAIR and ik I did before but it’s just really starting to stand out and frame my face and ughhh I love it
All this bc I haven’t had the spoons to shave consistently and what came of it? Gender euphoria that’s what
And like I have a cis brother who’s close to me in age and like he’s never grown facial hair like this and I’m not even 1 year on T so like agajsjdhsoshwowhwiebbdn I got the good genes with this ig- thanks dad you did something for me for once in your life besides give me half your family’s extensive medical history all in one
