If Alina isn't the real boss magius (cause she didn't appear in a black and white pic), then maybe it's Ui Tamaki. She was in hospital room along with the other two magius bosses in the beginning of the game. Or perhaps she's actually the core for this "Eve" witch

She’s gonna be related to that Eve project thing definetely, as the boss of the Magius or having her being part of the Eve somehow.

I agree, unless they’re saving her for something later....I’d do that myself, I did on my pitch, it makes sense to create a crutch to prologune the story and Iroha’s sister is perfect for that.
