The different treatment that Choi Jung Gun and Choi Han got by GoD compared to Choi Jung Soo is so unfairly funny.
Because with Han and Jung Gun, he threw these kids into a completely different world out the blue, no explanations or assistance offered what an ass
But with Choi Jung Soo, not only was he spared from such a fate while he was in high school, but Jung Gun even made a field guide for him! CJS was about to die, and GoD asked him if he wanted to transmigrate.
Two possible explanations for the preferential treatment:
GoD was on Choi Jung Gun's watchlist after he forcibly transmigrated Choi Han
"The God of Death is a bitter enemy of my family"
After CJG heard about Choi Han's transmigration, I bet he wasn't very happy about the news. And he likely warned him to not pull the same thing again.
But GoD had his eye on CJS, since poor Choi Han had been stuck in the forest of darkness for decades. And he wanted to give him assistance in the form of another family member. Isn't he nice?
CJG probably intervened and asked him to not send him until he was ready. Hence why he wrote BoaH.
If GoD had sent CJS regardless of this, I don't think that would have ended up well for him.
Except he ended up doing something similar, didn't he?
He switched Kim Rok Soo and Cale Henituse's souls. Without consulting KRS.
And CJG knew KRS. He had used him as bait, watched over him for some time.

2. Choi Jung Soo was just THAT weak
CJS is repeatedly described as weak until he had his glowup while working at the company and reaching the status of Grade 1 ability user.

‘He is skilled in sword arts but he doesn’t have any exceptional abilities he can use right now.’
...It does make me wonder how above average Choi Han and Choi Jung Gun's sword arts were at the moment of their transmigration.
