I honestly don't think we needed the whole Mikaelson family as antagonists for S3. That is a way too overpowered villain team the only reason the MFG wasn't dead was because of shitty writing. They should've kept Klaus as the only villain. Him and his growing Hybrid army. The main trio for S3 would be Elena, Bonnie and Tyler who would be working together to take Klaus down. Klaus needs Elena for his hybrids, Tyler is his first hybrid and Bonnie was the one who figured how to make his hybrids and she also comes from the strong witch bloodline so he's taking all three them with him when he leaves mystic falls.

“Remember when we were five and your mom always made homemade brownies for us?”

Tyler chuckled softly, “Those were the days.”

But then he sighed sadly. It sucked not having his mom around. It’d only been a few months, but it still felt like yesterday when he found his mom’s dead body in the fountain.

Bonnie cleared her throat, “I’m sorry…about what happened.” She said, referring to everything that happened after, including Caroline sleeping with Klaus.

“What do you have to be sorry for? You didn’t sleep with the guy that fucked up my life and then tell me to ‘get over it’ or ‘get out of your life’.” Tyler scoffed bitterly, not aimed at Bonnie, but letting out his own frustration.

He told Caroline to leave him alone several times, she doesn’t listen, yet he’s the bad guy? And then she compares him biting someone trying to murder her to her sleeping with that bastard? 

This is the same person who was rightfully mad at Elena for getting with Damon, but what she did is no different, yet he shouldn’t have expected more from her? The person who saw what Klaus put him through?

Bonnie sighed, “I don’t know why she said that. That’s not like Care.” She replied. Then again, there was what happened with Chris.

Tyler shook his head, eating a brownie. “But enough about me, how are you?”

Bonnie was about to say she was fine until Tyler placed his hand near her mouth. “And don’t say that you’re fine when you’re not. The Salvatores and whatnot may expect that from you, but I’m not them.”

Bonnie sighed, “I don’t know. I just saw Katherine got to hell. And…I actually feel…upset. I don’t know why. She’s a horrible person, but then again, I spend almost every day around Damon. Speaking of which…”

She looked closer at the place in Tyler’s neck from when Damon bit him. It seemed to be healing quickly, but there was still a scar.

Bonnie gently stroked it with her finger, “Does this hurt?” She whispered.

“No…no it doesn’t.” Tyler whispered back, gazing into Bonnie’s eyes. Then his heart began to slowly pound in his chest.

“Good.”
