hellooooo friend! LA media anon ig? imessaged before about meeting connor and hudson at an event that shall remain nameless. i remember you asked what it was like to see them in person. i am so sorry my life is so busy especially during award season. but i wanted to hop on over and say both were so sweet and kind. hudson seemed so giddy and happy and i realized he would do things for connor’s benefit more like yes there are 70 people in the room but he only wanted connor’s attention. connor was so good at navigating the room and what was needed of them. media trained king. and it seems like he was helping hudson. i remember thinking they seemed like the cutest friends and i remember thinking i wish they were a couple hahaha! because of how sweet they were. but with my rose colored glasses on i would say: connor seemed to like hudson being naughty? like him being more out of the box and leaning into his uniqueness and less media trained self seems to make connor notice him more? does that make sense? they also seemed a little … like they had spent some quality time together perhaps the night before. but it also could just be wishful thinking.

anyway i am prolonging the inevitable. i asked my coworker who spent the most time around them if they had any tidbits and he remembers connor talking in a low voice to hudson and it seemed like whatever it was made hudson blush. my coworker didn’t clock any words but he said the tension was fire haha

In the Danny Phantom Universe, the DCU is an MMORPG referred to as the DCGU and Miraculous Ladybug is a drama series for kids.

In the DCU, Miraculous Ladybug and Danny Phantom are beloved animated TV series.

In the MLBU, The DCU are comics, Danny Phantom is a console game, etc...

Basically what I'm trying to say is that all of these universes exist in the same universal bubble but can/do not directly interact with each other. But they are aware of each other on some level thus the games and TV shows.

But imagine if someone (or everyone) did something a bit ( really fucking) stupid and all of these universes combine into one.

I'm imaging that things would get chaotic very quickly.

while it is absolutely NOT her fault, one of my friends is so, so, so fatphobic and I can hardly stand to hang out with her now. Her family made her this way - diet culture, constant bodyshaming and 3.d. pushing - the whole thing.

It's gotten to the point that despite our pretty good friendship since 7th grade I don't really want to even talk to her. We were in the candy aisle getting stocking stuffers for christmas today and she said "oooh i want that one. Wait. no. NO. i do NOT want that. I cant get fat."

I said "you won't get 'fat' off a chocolate bar- especially not that one, it's got few ingredients and is literally marketed as a healthy/low cal one. You'll be ok."

"No, no you don't understand. I can't get fat. I can't get fat. I can't get fat. I can't get fat." And she repeated it for almost a whole minute. I was irked. Suddenly my body became as ugly as she thinks hers would be if she gained weight. I'm a big girl, no doubt ab it. She is infinitely smaller than me though and it hurts me when she talks about how bad it would be to be "fat."

I've done my best to politely hint at the fact that it's making me insecure to eat or be around her with that idealogy, and I have done my best to comfort and console her about how wrong her family is for treating her this way - but nothing works. Nothing helps. It's only gotten worse. I don't eat sweets or anything like that in front of her anymore. She glares if i do. I can't tell if it's judgment, envy, or something else - but it freaks me out and makes me even more insecure than i already am.
