Over the course of the last 3 weeks, I've made some important lifestyle changes. The main one has been that I have quit smoking, and I'm extremely happy to report that I am doing well in those regards. I was terrified that butting out would mean that the weight would start piling on, so I took steps to try to avoid that. I'm also happy to report that this is working. What's kind of bumming me out is that I only seem to eat well and exercise during the week. Once the weekend hits, it becomes very difficult for me to stick to the plan. I just had a 3 day weekend and that became very obvious... I don't want to feel like I can undo in 2 days the hard work I've put in 5. It's not too late, i am still adjusting and tweaking my routine and my way of thinking. I just have to work harder, be stronger, want it more. I'm getting to a point where working out during breaks and lunch isn't enough. I'm not sweating it out, I'm not going as far as I would like to. That's stressing me out because I don't quite know where I can find an hour or even a half hour every day to focus exclusively on fitness. I have a lot going on right now, and my routine is about to get uprooted some more. The important thing to remember is stick to the current plan, don't get overwhelmed. I can do this. It's worth it. It will be, anyway. Meditate. Read. Go outside. Anything but put garbage in your body.

Like all business, Moloch conducted it in and our of the asylum without regard to the constant threats of doing deals within the barrier. He was, of course, a demon first and foremost. A deal was something he rarely could deny anyone as long as he profited from it. And no matter how many times he was punished for doing so, the King never stopped. Deals were drops of power in his ocean, every drop adding to his vastness both in and our of Hell. 

Moloch put on his suit and tie, wanting to socialize amongst the people of the asylum, seeing what sort of trouble or connections he could make. It was his down time. He hated being bored- as most demonic creatures seemed to do. He made his way through the halls ways, looking cocky and smug as he did.
