I HAVE SOLVED THE AGE OLD QUESTION OF: how do Gorons have babies?
So as we have seen every Goron calls each other brother. There is no sister, or really even father other than the occasional papa (I think) but most often it's just brother or big brother.
This leads me to believe that all Gorons are male and therefore cannot biological male a baby in the "traditional" sense. So rather than that, I believe that Gorons reproduce in a different way.
This would be why they are allowed in Gerudo Town because, despite being male, they are the only reliable source of "don't want" or "don't care" that the Gerudoes have.
This is how I think it happens.
Once a year, all the Gorons gather in the center of Goron City and wait as the Chieftain picks one Goron. Should he accept, he is sent off to Death Mountain. There, he finds the stones he needs, for instance, amber for protection, obsidian for strength, and there he molds and creates a baby Goron.
This Goron is raised on top of this mountain in a sort of nursery by the adult Goron for ten days, being prepared to know what to eat, how to fight, and how to protect himself.
On the tenth day, the adult leaves the now child alone on the mountain to come to the city by himself. He has one day to make it down. This is how they test if the Goron is worthy of being called a brother or not. It is called "The Journey".
If he makes it, they throw him a fest and he is raised by the adult that created him until he's old enough to live alone.
If he does not, the Gorons hold a vigil for the pebble and have a day of silence to honor the life.
