everyone in the gang would say killer is the most annoying member and they want to kick him out or bitch slap him every chance they get, but the moment something happens to him they collectively go feral.

First and foremost, killer always seems like he's going to survive whatever happens to him, so when he's actually badly hurt, everyone are so shocked and so devastated they won't know what to do with themselves.

Guys listen, listen. We know Red Son is considered a young adult right? (If not considered a kid in most places by his parents and older ones.) And we also know he is more than 500 hundred years old.

So! What if I told you, based on Red Son's age we can say in demon standard, Wukong was most likely a teenager when the brotherhood and everything else happened.

Based on the book he's been 342 years when he crossed his name out of the book of dead. So he's been mostly a teenager when he was burned in the furnace. He's been a teenager when he fought buddha, and when he was trapped under the mountain.

If I'm correct about this everything about SWK's life gets a lot worse.

Sometimes I'm suddenly reminded of the fact that wukong was burnt for 49 days in heaven (and knowing each day is a year for people outside heaven), it means the brotherhood had 49 years to save him. But nobody did anything. That's why he says "oh, sure. Cause normally you just rush to my rescue."

I remember it and my heart breaks a little.

He takes a sec to actually consider luffy's offer. But his tone changes into a calm sad one, when he again comes to the understanding that he can't.

No he's clearly not T_T take him out of there.

Fun fact: He actually smiles a lot when he's around luffy and the crew.

I like how what luffy says here seems to have arisen from his own experience with garp (stubborn old man = garp)

But unlike him, sanji has a lot more respect and love for zeff. He sees himself forever in zeff's debt and has decided to dedicate his life to him.

so I got this opportunity and I explained the whole idw op's lore to a friend. Then I told her how the fandom hates him. She was so confused. She was like "why?? I don't understand."

LA sanji's insecurity

It's a small detail that you might've missed. in the scene where zeff tells sanji to leave baratie and go after his dream, sanji says this:

Like, out of nowhere he assumes zeff wants him gone (well I don't blame him, zeff literally told him he didn't care if he left (which is a lie of course) but nonetheless it could've unconsciously made sanji insecure.)

It's such small detail and so well done it just makes me love the live action more and more (and of course my boy sanji. I want to give him a hug)

Sanji having nervous smile is somehow so cute for me.
