どちらも初挑戦。
ポルトガル料理のArroz de grelos com chourisoは
本来菜の花を使うらしいが、
ブロッコリーで代用。magic soupで煮込む。
もう一品はスペイン料理の長ネギのサラダ。
ローリエを使って茹でたネギと
オリーブオイルベースのドレッシングが
口のなかで溶け合う。

我が家では猫も手作りごはん。
これがその出汁。
これに 数種類の野菜と肉類を共に煮込んだ後、
野菜と肉を取り出しミンチ。そしてこのスープと 和えたものが
猫たちのごはんとなる。
朝晩と煮返す素材の旨味が凝縮されるマジックスープ。
これが料理を美味しくしてくれる魔法の調味料にもなり、
私たちも共有しているのだ。
