To this point it has been a journey. The community that has been created by simply posting my progress on each piece that I've created is incredible and I am grateful to be followed by you all. I feel that something that I've done along this journey is trust my gut with lots of things and I'm now at a point where I trust my instinct more than ever. I've also learnt a lot from failing along the way. You don't see it but every piece has contained moments where I've had to rethink things and remake some parts, not all goes smoothly all the time but I try to be as honest as I can with how I do things. These are elements of this journey that I have learnt through making and more importantly these skills are things that have improved my life dramatically. I used to be incredibly unorganised but the discipline that making requires of me I've applied to life. That is the power of making and creating. You might feel you're not good enough but in fact you're on a step of your journey and it's only developing your character for the rest of your life. This milestone has made me appreciate all those times I've learnt something from failure and the fact that you all follow my work and others works too is the biggest sign that what we artists love doing is all worth it.
