So, I was watching Jesse Golo’s video on Adrian’s friendship with Chloe and how nonexistent it is and has practically always been and an epiphany hit me.

Wouldn’t it be better for both Adrian and Chloe’s characters if Adrian was the one to reach out to her and give her the bee in Maledictator so she can prove herself? Part of me believes not really cause the outcome would be the same, but I think the thought is nice.

What do you think?

Ladybug giving it to Chloé was supposed to be seen as a sign of growth on Ladybug's part. Sadly it did not stick.

Okay, headcanon that Chloé created one for her between Style Queen and Queen Wasp so they could track Ladybug and fashion blogs together, and that Pollen got so addicted to the social media that when she got back to Master Fu's, she somehow got access to a phone to continue her stalking (and that she's Queen Bee's number one fan on the platform)

her backstory also does not excuse her actions

her “friendship” with Adrien does not excuse her actions

she’s still a toxic bitch and they had a right to be delighted that she was gone, and guilting Marinette into feeling bad was bullshit because guess what Adrien? your experience is not everyone’s, and they have a right to celebrate being free of her bullying

sure, character growth is great, so by Miraculer i likes her because of that, character arcs are important, but can they stop treating her like someone who can be forgiven for everything???
