Hana Yori Dango Final's 10th Anniversary

June 28, 2008... it's been a decade since the movie was released and it's the best ending out of all the adaptations for me and you can't change my mind 💕

The theme is about "Everlasting Love" and it never fails to give me so much feels ✨

And another occuring theme is about their dreams as well 😊

Domyouji's love for Makino is just too real mah hart mah soul 😭😍

And the way he supports and believes in her though~ I need this kind of support too

And I still feel so grateful and blessed that I got to visit the HanaDan holy land aka Ebisu Garden Place Clock Tower Square this year 😊

I was hoping for a special episode or something for this special occasion and we got Hana Nochi Hare! I would have loved to see my OTP after 10 years but... yeah...

I was Jun-baited and became an Arashian because of Hana Yori Dango, and no matter how much time will pass, I will love this Jdrama and these two so much 😘💖

HI YOSHI! I've been a longtime Maojun shipper (but also new to LSS forums and finding such a trove of treasure there.) Are you still active in following their news? I feel like since 2015 and 2016, news has died down almost completely. As of now, anything about our otp relates to SMAP, Mao leaving her agency (for what real reason, why?!) and her *30th* birthday soon. What is your current mentality? Is Maotsujun still possible? <3

Heya =) Thanks for the ask, apologies for the delay. 

My current mentality is: I hope they’re happy. Whether together or apart, at the very least as individuals, I hope they are happy.

As for your second question about possibility, why wouldn’t it be? The entertainment industry is relatively small, most people know each other, and after understanding a little more about how that industry operates over the years– if they really wanted to keep anything secret, they can. So even if there isn’t any smoke or fire, maybe it just means there’s no reason to keep the public relations up. For all we know, Mao is sleeping on Jun’s lap while he strokes her hair and is flipping boredly through channels on TV haha
